Bec ellis is a writer, a photographer+filmmaker, and a helpless creative who is invested in following the threads of connection through vulnerability in both her writing and conversation with others. She often writes on themes of embodiment, self-compassion and self-grace, and motherhood, longing for the words that bring healing to herself and her readers. She lives with her creative partner and husband, and three children in Central Oregon. Bec is currently working on her second book of poetry, and filmmaking with her husband.
