Sakariacha is our take on the famous Sriracha. Made in a traditional way by fermenting the peppers first then combining with garlic, fish sauce and vinegar. It is superb with great depth of flavor. Compliments breakfast very well and a must for most Southern Asian cuisine. Available seasonally until the bottles run out.
Ingredients: Water, Cayenne and Thai Chiles, Rice Vinegar, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Fish Sauce (anchovies, salt, sugar)
