Salsa Morada is a special Mole all its own thanks to the purple Buena Mulata peppers we grow here on the farm. The Reaper Morada is the exact same recipe with the addition of Carolina Reaper peppers. The Reaper pepper has a very distinct floral flavor with a stinging lingering heat. Don’t be afraid though, while this is a true to name hot sauce, it has amazing flavor. Take it to the next level and use it on dessert!
